Carlton Melbourne College (CMC) was established in 1996 and is a family-run student accommodation located opposite Melbourne University and a short walk to Melbourne’s CBD. Our modern and secure student accommodation houses up to 55 students and is the perfect place to live and study. We strive to create a home away from home.

For over 20 years, local and international students have called CMC home. The CMC building has a great central location. We’re close to amazing food, shops, parks, public transport and all major Melbourne city university campuses.

CMC is a trusted accommodation provider for students under 18 years of age from Trinity College Foundation Studies.
